"Ouka," which means Sakura (Cherry tree), is the stamp Satoh Seibi, the head of the Bifu Kai of the Kinko Ryu, attached to particularly good examples of the work of the Kai's maker or makers. This is the second Ouka shakuhachi I've owned, and both are very easy to play and have distinctly sweet and rich tones. This is a consignment flute.
